Picture this: you’ve waited all year for your annual exam. You’ve tracked your symptoms, taken notes, and prepared thoughtful questions. You know something feels different—but you don’t know why. Or perhaps you feel well and want to stay that way for as long as possible, focusing on prevention rather than reaction.
Then the appointment ends. After a brief exam and Pap smear, you leave with orders for a basic lipid panel and generic advice to “eat healthy” and exercise. You’re left feeling unheard, uncertain, and no closer to real answers.
The MeadowLark Foundational Assessment is what your annual exam should be.
This comprehensive visit takes the time to truly understand you. We review your past medical history, family history, lifestyle, social factors, and other influences that shape your health. We go beyond the standard screening tests, using blood work and objective biomarkers to create a clearer, more complete picture of what’s happening in your body. We assess body composition using InBody analysis - measuring muscle mass, body fat and metabolic health rather than relying solely on height and weight.
Most importantly, we listen. We discuss your current concerns, your long-term goals, and what optimal health looks like for you.
You leave your appointment with clear, actionable steps to begin taking control of your health—along with a personalized roadmap outlining what continued care and additional treatment may look like within the MeadowLark membership.
